A Comprehensive Eye Exam goes far beyond providing you with the clearest vision possible, it also includes carefully evaluating the health of your eyes. During the exam many components of the function and health of your eyes are evaluated including:

We participate with VSP , Medicare, and Eye Med, NVA, Davis, Superior Vision, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Midwest Securities, Dekalb County HealthCare Purchasing Group, ECOH, Employee Health System Medical Group, Health Alliance Medical Plan, HealthCare's Finest Network, Health Dynamics, Health Network, Northern Illinois Health Plan, PPO Next, Preferred Plan, Unicare, United Healthcare, and many others. If your insurance is not listed above, we most likely are registered providers for your plan. Please give us a call and we'll let you know.
All non-covered fees are collected at time of service and our staff will also collect co-payments when applicable. We will file a claim for services rendered to your insurance company on your behalf. Payment from your insurance company cannot be guaranteed. Please verify your coverage prior to your visit as you will be responsible for any claim that is denied. .
